Why Tech and Equity compensated professionals?

As I considered starting my own firm, I realized how much I enjoyed working with tech professionals and equity compensation. There is so much value that I can provide and so many opportunities to live your Authentic Life. But with those opportunities comes so much complexity and it can be difficult to manage your personal, professional, and financial lives, much less have it all aligned towards your Authentic Life.

When I was figuring out who I wanted to work with, I was reminded of my wife Annie’s career change. Her background is in music, but when COVID hit all of her gigs stopped. She completed a software engineering boot camp and is now a software engineer. Through her career transition, I saw first hand how complicated tech professional’s finances can be and how much value I can provide to those receiving equity.
